He speaks in riddles with a sing-song voice and takes great care to perfect his movements and speech. He almost always forces a smile, even when he’s upset. Equally emotional and logical, he often finds himself at odds with his own complex feelings. He hails from the same brood as Omen, having hatched first. He was the only Eevee in the litter to hatch during the eclipse ceremony, which led to his namesake and his reverence by the Cult of Jirachi as a portent of peace. He is exceptionally fluffy around the face, neck, ears, and tail. Rather than "hair," he has long, curly fur that drapes and frames his face. He is stronger than he appears.
