Marina is transformed into an amnesiac shiny Eevee by Lanette's Transporter after her mangled corpse is fused with an Eevee's DNA. In Port Pinap, she rents a pier-tethered Blastoise shell "houseboat" with her brother. As an Eevee, she is more carefree, unburdened by the painful memories and ambitions of her traumatic childhood. Eager to explore and embark on adventures, she hopes to uncover what her life as a human was like while traveling the Pinap Peninsula. Unbeknownst to her, Skipper is actually her brother, Wade. She cheerfully bounces from place to place, unable to hide her enthusiasm for the adventure she finds herself in.
