Lanette creates her modified Transporter by splicing Bill's Cell Separation System and Bill's Time Capsule blueprints together in a curious experiment. The resulting machine, like its predecessors, doesn't work accurately or consistently. Rather than disassembling it, she forgets about it, as it ends up completely obscured by Lanette's many cardboard boxes and clutter.Because of its ability to transmute human and Pokémon DNA, transport living entities through time, and create new universes—its very existence is irresponsible. Lanette abandoned the project late into its development due to risks involved. It sustains damage by accident in Wayward Mast and creates a pocket multiverse as a result.
